People know Rakshit as "Simple Star" because he makes movies in a simple style. He has his own company that makes and shares movies. Rakshit was born on June 6, 1983, in a place called Udupi. He grew up speaking a language called Tulu. When he was young, he loved to dance to a traditional dance. He also gave a special part to dancers in one of his films. Before he became an actor, Rakshit studied electronics and communication engineering. He finished his degree and worked in a job with computers for two years. Then he decided to act, and he started doing theater. In his first movie in 2010, Rakshit did not play the main character, but he was important. The movie was made by a man named Aravind Kaushik. People liked the way the movie told its story, but it did not become very popular. After this, Rakshit worked with the same people again in another movie.
