Interests: I love reading Gothic Literature, and writing in my spare time. I also love listening to many different types of music from all around the world. Interests: I really enjoy reading historical fiction. I belong to a book club and in the past years we have read novels about the Civil War, Titanic and many books with WWI and WWII as the setting.
I also enjoy gardening. My flower gardens are my favorite, but I also have an organic vegetable garden. I plant heirloom seeds. At the end of the growing season I harvest seeds for the next year.
At this point in my life my greatest passion is spending time with my grandchildren and going to their various sporting events. My oldest grandson plays varsity soccer. It is his passion and he even convinced me to watch some World Cup Soccer games last summer. Another grandson wrestles and plays Little League baseball. The youngest grandson has played soccer and is about to try wrestling. My little granddaughter isn't old enough for activities, but we do enjoy going to story hour at the library together.

Education: Now I am earning a Ph.D. in Texas. I will use this degree to teach ESL at universities in South Korea, Japan, and possibly China. My degree is in Creative Writing, so I am becoming an author and am writing a novel.
I have two Bachelor's degrees from a school in Ohio. The first degree is in English, and the second degree is in History. I like European Medieval history the most.
