İlgi Alanları: I grew up in San Diego, California but now live in New York. My mother spoke Spanish to us at home but we hated it and refused to speak it. We would always repond in English. I wish I could go back in time because when I realized I needed to be bilingual to be successful in my career, it was much harder to learn as an adult. I know the frustatration in learning a new language. English is exceptionally difficult, even sometimes for us native speakers! I have compassion for kids who struggle. I want people to feel comfortable and safe practicing English with me. I also want kids to feel engaged and happy about learning.
