Realtor working mostly in residential sales for the last 20 years. ( Occasionally commercial properties, but primarily residential.) I also renovate homes, so vocabulary surrounding construction, permits, materials etc. I am happy to help with.

Interests: I am originally from New York, but I moved to Virginia for college and have lived here ever since. (Over 30 years now!) I have four grown children who all live and work out of state, so I travel often. I was originally an art teacher, certified K-12. In my current role as a Realtor I not only help people buy homes, but I also have taught homeownership courses for the local housing authority. Although I switched careers I continue to volunteer in a teaching capacity in our community. I've served as a mentor/tutor for high school students and young professionals throughout the years and love helping students achieve their individual goals. I look forward to helping you reach your English speaking goals as well.

I was originally a liberal arts student, but became completely engrossed with the fine arts programs at VCU. I added the education degree when I realized I would need to have some sort of plan post graduation. So, I became a teacher and loved it.
