I have worked for 25 years as a manager and then a senior manager for Non-Profit organisations, specialising in Information Technology, Bookkeeping and Accounts.

I am learning Spanish and so I know how hard and tiring it can be to speak and listen in a second language. My wife is from Ecuador, and I have a large extended Latin American family.
