Interests: Family is key! I have three siblings and a loving mom. My dad passed away when I was seven years old. That experience helped my family to build a very strong bond, so even though we may live states or countries apart, we always feel very close and often rely on virtual communication to stay in touch. I believe that life is meant to be enjoyed - whether at school, at work, with friends, with our pets, there is always something to appreciate, and I especially appreciate anyone who can make me laugh. Laughing is fun :) I wouldn’t say that I’m an expert in any subject, but I’m super curious about many topics. From fitness and health, to philosophy and psychology, to movies and food, to architecture and farming, it’s hard to find an area of life that doesn’t spark my interest. Recently ... I've been learning to play tennis with an East African champion. I've been learning the basic steps in Rwanda's traditional Intore dancing. I just finished reading 'This Is How You Lose the Time War' (super!) and started another book by Hanya Yanagihara, a phenomenal Hawaiian-American author I just discovered this year. And I adopted a 4th puppy, named Miro, who just turned three months old!

Conservatory training at New York University, Tisch School of the Arts, Atlantic Acting School. Classes included speech, voice, script analysis, movement, history of the documentary film, sex and gender studies, writing, and Suzuki (movement).
