I was responsible for the progress and attainment of all 240 pupils in my year group. I put in place strategies for all pupils who were under achieving. I was the line manager for 16 members of staff.

For two years I was a freelance teacher. I taught a variety of subjects in a wide range of school environments.

Interesses: I thrive off making people happy. My employment history has driven me to get children and adults to reach their goals and dreams. My own happiness comes from seeing other people achieve success in life.
I am a qualified child protection officer so students well being and safety is always a priority for me.

I like to make lessons and life as fun as possible. I believe that if we are happy then this promotes the ultimate environment for learning to our full potential.
