I have been working for the past two years as an English teacher in Austria. My schools were focused on farming and ecology, so I can have lots of conservations about food systems and plants, but we also discussed many cultural topics.

Interests: I love cooking, spending time outdoors, and biology. The best is in combination, like identifying and collecting wild mushrooms in the Alps to make a delicious chanterelle risotto.
Another passion of mine is English literature, so hit me up for book recommendations (favorite in the past year is Zadie Smith's White Teeth)
