Customer Support in the Finance and Banking sector has taught me many tools in communicating and helping others. As of last year, I have also gained experience tutoring English part-time to students of different ages online.

Interests: I have been extremely passionate about reading and writing short stories since I was young. I love experimenting in the kitchen during my free time and I'm also a bit of a TV enthusiast so I often enjoy watching documentaries and films to relax at the end of the day. Additionally, I enjoy exploring new cultures through language! In fact, I am currently learning Italian and intend to continue my studies in Spanish soon! I have also discovered a passion for connecting with others through teaching and have helped several people on their journey to mastering English.

I studied Marketing and Psychology at the University of the West Indies. My study in Psychology provided me with a more unique understanding of others which has guided how I interact with individuals.
