30 years in retail and management, Managing Director of my own e-commerce and retail businesses.
Manager/Trainer for large UK companies in retail.

Interests: I am passionate about my personal growth and discovering new things. Currently, I am busy writing & publishing a few books on health and fitness, creating a brand and building social media communities.

For many years I worked in retail sales and management. Much of my time was spent building teams and training new managers to effectively run stores.

Later in my working life I ran 2 of my own companies, a retail store and an e-commerce business. Whilst running these 2 companies I was also a semi-professional DJ.

I have studied Advanced Life Coaching and have taken courses in Digital Marketing, S.E.O, Online Course Creation, Social Media Management and Business Marketing.
I hold both TEFL and TESOL teaching qualifications.


When I am not teaching I like to keep busy, I help to write and edit my partner's books on health and fitness, do building work on our new house and film Youtube videoes for our health business.
