As a counsellor, my job involved using talk therapy to help people identify and work through personal and relational problems. I have a strong interest in self-improvement and strengthening family relationships.

I taught music theory, guitar and keyboard to children between the ages of 8 and 18.

Interests: I love music, and I play guitar and keyboard.
I am an avid reader, and I also enjoy writing and editing.
I'm craftsy, and I dabble in various crafts including macrame, crochet and beadwork.
I am a wife and mother of two young children who keep me on my toes :)
