Profession: Chef by trade, and I teach English on the side.

Interests: Hello there! I've travelled a fair bit in my life, having enjoyed many parts of Canada, Mexico, Europe, East Africa, Central America.... I can't wait to keep adding to that list! I love reading, hiking, cooking, going to the theatre, gardening, and chatting. Two of my favourite experiences have been sky diving, and seeing Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe... what are yours?

Education: I went to university for Political Science, and took a fair number of history and language courses as well. After that I went to a culinary program, and then dove into cooking. I also am working on my TEFL certificatation
