Vanessa Vuong

Profession: I currently teach young adult learners! I've had jobs in research, customer service, and marketing too!

Interests: I love staying active by going to the gym or taking long walks in the forest or by a body of water! I also enjoy volunteering. One of my best experience is being a supportive listener, where I chat with people about their problems and we work together to figure out what’s the best solution for them. On my free time, I like doing origami and listening to music. I also enjoy travelling! My most recent trip was a cruise all across Europe. :)

Education: I have a Bachelor of Science in Physiology from the University of Alberta, a Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) certificate, and I have training in supportive listening and crisis and suicide intervention.
