Since 2017, I've taught aerobics & fitness and mind-body courses to college students. I have advanced training and instructional experience in multiple therapeutic disciplines. I'm here to support you & help you succeed in your learning journey.

İlgi Alanları: I have a North American accent. I'm an academic instructional faculty in the health field at a university. I find purpose in teaching and learning, music, dance, personal development, traveling, meeting people from around the world and learning about their cultures. My travels have taken me to parts of Asia, Africa, Europe, UK, Canada and Mexico and I've studied Arabic and Spanish language at a university over a four year period, so I can empathize with the challenges of language learning. I would be happy to help you!

I also enjoy being active outdoors, spending time in the mountains and beaches walking and hiking, practicing yoga and mindfulness, singing, song-writing and playing keyboards. The best moments I've spent in life are with my beloved cats.
