Profession: Primary Teacher

Intérêts: Amateur Drama - I love performing on stage. Music - (all types) - I've sung in some sort of choir since school days and I play the piano. I used to play in a weekly Recorder group.
I've just applied to enter a TV competition called, 'Race Across The World' and I have both my fingers crossed to hopefully get a place.
I greatly enjoy reading novels, baking cakes and playing golf. I am a beginner and have only 3 clubs but that can get me around our course.

Éducation: Bachelor of Arts (Hons) Creative Arts at Trent in Nottingham. I changed from my major of Drama to Music in 2nd year.
Postgraduate Certificate in Education at Newcastle enabled me to go into teaching and work in different schools.
Level 3 Award in Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector with City and Guilds.
I also complete an intensive TEFL course which helped me to gain more insight into how to help students who wanted to improve their speaking and use of English.
